V58 Errors on Bolt+/Minis. I'd had my system up and running for a couple of months, and it worked flawless, then an update killed it and the hard drive that I'd installed in my Bolt. Signal is bad or card is. Most likely you have good downstream but bad upstream so the card can't stay paired. I had this happen plenty of times.
