Then you can stop put the truck in neutral and then puch the 4LO button. The truck will not go into 4LO without first being in 4HI. That ECU issue would make sense because the 4LO button doesn't even feel like a button anymore. So something is keeping that from thinking it's in 4WD. Left work and as soon as I turned the truck on these lights were on and the 4LO light was blinking the entire time I drove. Yes, I finally got to it and fix it. It was the 4wd actuator switch on the transfer case. Toyota want almost $1000 for that part alone and you'll still have to open the transfer case up to pull the actuator off. Instead I went a bought an used whole transfer case for $600 and put it on.
