Hey there! I think 3 days 2 nights in Iguazú in enough to get to know the place but have more time in Buenos Aires (there's loooots to see there!).. I'd recommend taking a day trip to a nearby estancia (like Argentina Polo Day).p.s. I have not eaten at Don Julio this visit, or other super high end places, but even those are not really $100 per person meals. Better to convert into pesos on arrival, but only as much as you need. Keep a couple of hundred in US dollars (still king in latinamerica) for backup. Yes, often you can use US dollars for a purchase, but usually at a loss. It is better to buy Argnetine pesos for purchases.
