I lucked out though and when I went to clear it, it was almost entirely empty of zeds because we had recently cleared the nearby prison and I think the game redistributed the population around the cells, because it seemed odd to only see 5 or 6 zeds in total there.The "Secret Military Base" is more of just more of a military research center, its a HELL to get there considering that the longer you wait to get there the more trees there are on the path.
