That is the BG3 script extender who shows me, when the save collapses systematically and returns back to windows, since the patch 5 impossible to charge load … From what i've seen, the script extender update worked for some people. The only way i got it to work was load a pre patch 4 save, this worked with mods. Even if I disable/delete all mods the problem persists in my current save. Might be worth a try to rename or delete the 'BG3ScriptExtender' folder inside your Local AppData folder (eg. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local). This will regenerate the folder when the game is launched and download the latest version. I don't know why it happens but the download/update seems to fail sometimes.
