What I really like about is that I have 6 continuous shots without charging before reloading. 6 or 4 shots without having to reacquire my aim through the scope. As of now I'd say Redeemer prime with volt shields is the best eidolon hunting weapon, oneshots most synovias and 2-3 shots will take out back synovias, add on harrow covenant for final phase and you are golden. Rubico Prime and Lanka are decent also. A well timed midair paracesis heavy attack will also oneshot a synovial if you into that.
