Hi, and welcome to the QCAD forum. First, QCAD does not delete, invent or whatever on its own. It executes commands on entities, draws new ones or delete entities as instructed. Sorry to hear that you lost days of work. A sound remedy is to have backups or save your work under a newer file name every now and then.

QCAD Pro 3.24.3 was released in March 2020 and tested on macOS Catalina 10.15. macOS Monterey 12.5.1 was released in August 2022. Unfortunately, it is not possible to guarantee that an older version of a software keeps working on newer operating systems.

Mar 3, 2021 · What you have suggested work. It look clean in QCAD but when I import the save file into AUTOCAD and run the overkill command. It shows 8 overlapping object (s) or segment (s) deleted. AutoCAD seems to automatically combine the arc cleanly and also can detect and remove the test line that I drew in QCAD.
