Ice Report for the South Shore of Leech Lake 1.24.24 We are currently seeing 19-22 inches of ice on our roads. Off the road we have found a couple of 14" spots but are finding an average of 16-18 inches. We will be allowing Diesel trucks pulling single axel ice houses this weekend. Gas trucks can pull houses up to 24 ft long.

Again we stress safety and want everyone to have a safe memorable fishing experience. So we will be limiting our traffic for the weekend.
