Yeah actually, it was an issue with cpu cores affinity. For streaming purposes, I lock a core exclusively for audio processing and it seems BG3 doesnt like it. I suspect they mixed "total cores" and "available cores" somewhere in their code. Long story short, authorizing BG3 to use all the cores made it for me.
