All work fine, I paid for a 3 year special offer, but the one chanel my wife and I listen to, isn't there. Called XM, they told me that the radio need to be upgraded, some GM vehicles, in my case 2014 Sierra, doesn't have the capability.I changed my battery this morning. The old one was toast. Put in a Deka 778DT. The swap was fine. Nothing abnormal about it. But when I went to drive the truck the radio didn't work. The screen doesn't come on. The buttons don't light up when I turn on the headlights. The buttons DO come on for 4-5 seconds when I hit the power button.Gauge cluster and radio won't work. Radio, high beam indicator, tow/haul mode indicator, tachometer, odometer, and spedometer won't work. Volt meter and oil pressure still work, as well as turn indicators. If You do have volume coming out of the radio then it is most likely a software problem and that can usually be solved by restarting the head unit itself.

If you have a wired backup camera, wiring is more likely the problem. Again, checking your fuses to ensure everything is connected (and not blown) and going and tracing the wiring and cables from the camera to the display will reveal the problem to you.
