Go to catacombs of Carthus bonfire (the usual farming spot already discovered) Do as many runs as it takes to get 1 vertebra shackle. As soon as you get one warp back to Firelink from the bonfire, don't use the bone, buy something from the maiden or whatever just stay there.This will stop folks from helping each other. When the servers come back up, we might also have easy anti-cheat added if one reads the namco-bandai announcement so that might be problematic for some users as well.
