The Customer is not authorized for the content requested. I am unable to watch FYI TV on my Roku TV. I keep receiving this message "0033: The customer is not authorized for the content requested". I am signed into my DirectTV account. Evidently, lots of people have this problem, but no one is providing a solution. Please help us.
