For reference I use Steam. I tried to mod with Vortex, but it didn't work when trying to load up (mod fixer and 5e spells). Went into Vortex and deleted the mods. Still nothing. Went into the BG3 files and looked for the mods, not there. Went to do the recommended "delete mods" in data, but it wasn't there. Deleted Vortex entirely, still not ...

Edit 2: Native Camera Tweaks update is available. i know this is a few months old but if you use a program called revo uninstaller, it will remove all files for vortex and any registry files and left over folders after a regular uninstall. i used it to uninstall vortex and it stopped all the errors from popping up. I have it all the time, if it's working, it's working.

Bg3 mod manager will give you the least headache. Multiple mods specify they will not help with vortex trouble shooting. Apparently vortex works with bg3 now but either at your own risk. As someone who has used both, vortex is honestly more accessible for most people and its what I introduced my partner to first.For all the races and body types except the Dragonborns.
