Turn cam off, take it in one hand and hit into the palm of your other hand on all four sides. Not real hard just good solid bumps. Three or four per side. Turn cam back on , it should work now.

iHunt4Deer. There's a little hole on bottom of camera. You would need to put in a paper clip or similar to push in for few seconds, it will factory reset the camera. You should pull that camera off line/disable from your Tactacam App first though and re setup on there after reset. I do love my reveal X cameras (Gen 1).
