I compared the P365 X Macro comp and the P365 X Macro TacOps back to back recently, as well as the P365 X Macro comp and the Shield Plus. I found from those comparisons the comp does seem to affect the felt recoil, at least a bit and that I preferred the X Macro comp over my Shield Plus.

The big selling points on the Xmacro for me are the grip size, capacity, reduced recoil and familiarity. It definitely shoots like a bigger heavier gun. I don't get any wrist fatigue after 200-300 rounds at the range like I did with my regular p365. The grip size is a really nice balance of capacity and usability.

I loved the feel and then put on the large backstrap and wow. Fit my hand in the same way that my X and XL do. Just something magical about the feel. During my initial range trip I ran about 250 various loads through the gun with small groups and no function issues.
