I am going between the hellcat pro and 365xl. The hellcat pro feels a little better in my hands but is slightly harder to conceal (only slightly). Also I hear it’s a little snappier than the 365xl. The 365xl doesn’t feel quite as well in the hand (but good enough) but is easier to conceal. The 365xl has Less rounds as well. I have a HCPro and my wife has a 365XL with the comp (Rose version, which is similar to the comp slide). The Sig is by far nicer in terms of fit, finish, feel. BUT, the Hellcat grip angle fits me much better and I am able to handle it far better. So it comes down to a bit more than which one is better. The Hellcat pro shots are all over the place, even though it has less recoil than the original Hellcat. But, the P365xl is smooth and a great shot from the distance. 2. Same height, same length, but the 365XL is .1 longer in width which is negligible but the real deal killer is that the Hellcat Pro has a flush 15 round magazine yet the 365XL comes with a 12 round.
