The switch is not powering up now and my AP’s and Ring door bell do not work as the POE ports are not working. Mar 20, 2023 · This issue may happen when the Switch starts running on the Routing code. The Switch should run on the Switching code to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.

We had a short power outage and since then the Wifi is working only sporadically and slow. Certain sites/Apps do not work at all when connected to the Access points, however everything works through the Wifi from the provider which leads me to believe its an issue with the ICX7150 switch.

As we discussed, to reset your Wi-Fi password, we need access to Unleashed. And as you mentioned that you don’t have credentials to log in to Unleashed, the only option we have is Resetting the Access Point where you can change your Unleashed credentials and later we can change the Wi-Fi Password from Unleashed.
