If I want solid testing and review information, or information on companies having questionable business practices, I go to Gamers Nexus. So to summarize the videos, RA Tech basically ran benchmarks on his FX-8350 and they didn't match Gamers Nexus or Hardware Unboxed's results. LMG has the ability, and the right to respond to these allegations by re-running the tests to reproduce the data if they want to stand by it, but they aren't. GN's video isn't an attack, it's a flashlight on some of LMG's recent practices that have dubious ethical standings that need to be addressed.
