I've been going to this gym for the last 8 months (previously went to LA Fitness and Planet Fitness, Woodbridge, VA) and it for the most part meets my workout needs. The fact that it's 24 hours, farily modern, has decent showers and ample lockers are all pluses. There is also ample parking (HUGE PLUS).
