If that's just a cover then yes, you can replace that grommet but what interest me is that it appears to be getting pressure in the crankcase and pushing the slung oil out. I would first ensure that the crankcase vent tube is open and is able to exhaust freely...its usually attached to the airbox.Here's a video of it. You'll find it hard to do most things unless you get yourself a manual. I haven’t taken a 220 right hand engine cover off before but it should be pretty straightforward. I went ahead and added 1/2 quart, which makes it where I can just see it. I am used to adding gear oil to the gearbox is full on other models.
