On my 2014, if I air down and then refill to 35psi, the TPMS will still flash. I have to fill to 37psi or higher, then drive to get the TPMS to go off. If it is intermittent, then there is probably a short in your wiring somewhere. The TIPM (the fuse box under the hood - AKA Totally Integrated Power Module) senses how much power draw there is from the bulbs. Like EW said it may be a bad sensor. Not sure which scanner you used, but not all code scanners (i.e. lower cost) are able to retrieve ABS codes so you might want to try another scanner.
