For fun and good roll catching i sugest giant hunt the angle/lag sometimes makes it not hit, but if they spam roll after getting hit you can catch them very consistently ... so you can have a sacred godskin peeler with giant hunt with no drawbacks even though giant hunt is inherently heavy as long as you have the whetblade for holy infusion ... It also leaves residual black flames in default attacks and you can use the fire scorpion talisman to boost both your melee and black flame spells. Godslayer is also great for PvE, but the peeler is better at pvp. If you want a dex build go for peeler, but for strength and better ability go for the Great sword.

That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.
