What is the TSB or best way to fix it. Here is the video. Sorry but today was new phone and I didn't know all the buttons and video recording features of new OS.

That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. That said, that door is VERY unsafe without the rear latch in the latched position.During warm weather the drivers side sliding door will open and close as it's supposed to. I have a door open indicator on the dash that is on. I can not close the door electrically or manually. When I pull the handle, the cable does not release the mechanism at the rear post. I have several hours into the project, and now, looking for some additional knowledge. The road side mechanic was able to push open the clasp with a metal bar from the spare tire kit. At the bottom of the sliding door is a metal arm which holds the door from closing on you, a small clasp when pushed was able to release the door enough that we could close it manually.Before doing anything to solve your problem you should just reset your door mechanisim.
