I have a 1998 Foreman 450 with 600 miles on it. Gas runs out the over flow when fuel valve turns on. Replaced original carb twice, still happening. Engine runs smoothly and not running rich at all. Fuel line , filter, carb, tank shutoff all replaced. Runs perfect for a couple of weeks then it starts again.

Bike has been running fine but today left me afoot. It has good fire as it will fire off with starter fluid but won't continue to run. full fuel tank, full oil level but just grinds away when hitting the starter. I am thinking not getting fuel and may be the fuel pump. Air filter is a little dirty but wont start even when it is removed.
