I personally grew up in Erie and attend undergrad, and I am an EAP applicant for LECOM. I honestly really do love Erie. The weather is kinda crappy, but in general, people are helpful and nice. Theres tons of things to do, small shops, and I believe it is a small town in a mid-sized city vibe.

The southern part of Erie going toward Millcreek is better, far east in Harborcreek, far west in Western Millcreek and into Fairview.
