Toppo super soul gives a flat 35% buff to all damage. That ones great on frieza race golden form plus max ki damage build. One bomber DX does about 8500 damage and 10 ki bar emperors death beam literally does 35,000 damage. No character in the game has more than 30,000hp. Yeah it's still the best for ki based cacs.
