I'm fully aware of the Federal emissions law governing these vehicle systems. Conversely, I'm fortunate enough to live in a state where diesel passenger vehicles are exempt from emissions testing. An EGR delete is useless imo, if your car isn't burning oil it won't get clogged up. When the throttle is close to the floor or the rpm is over 3k the EGR stops interfering and acts like it isn't there. It helps with emissions when cruising or idling. No reason in removing it if it works.
