A few weeks ago I had a problem with the AC system which I posted about in the below linked thread. Ended up being a simple Hi/Low fan relay which fixed everything. Then a couple weeks later, a new problem developed.
Once that is out there is a cover over the expansion valve that has about 10 screws holding it in. Remove that cover and then unbolt the expansion valve and line assembly coming from under the hood.
