It depends on what you expect/want. I would describe them as basically a protein shake with oats and other textured stuff in it. I guess they could also be described as super liquid-y, cold oatmeal, but there are alternate directions to make a warm, thick oatmeal. I just do it the regular, overnight way though.

It is essentially a gel nail polish so you must cure with uv light. This is definitely a bit more involved than regular nail polish and working with gel can be a little tricky. I definitely recommend doing research beforehand and making sure it’s right for you. But if used, it definitely adds fortification to your nails!
