Theres no rush, have been narrowing it down through the lineup for a while. Theres also nothing clogging up my view of the red dot so thats a + imo. You can take the front sight off of any p365, and also you couldn't have a red dot on the SAS anyway. -Ported barrel does nothing in any practical sense. -The sights (sight) on the SAS is useless.

Also clocked the SIG 365 ammo in both the ported and unported guns...the lot of rounds made more difference than the type of barrel. Both were around 1100 fps. As regards the XL, can't help you. The grip is a bit small for me so my first option is to move up to 12 round mags hoping the mag extension will give that little bit more grip space. If this does not work I may go up to a P365 xl grip with my P365 slide.
