They had several dry runs exceeding 30 lost sectors in a row with no exotic drop. So sometimes, you just get very unlucky. My current drop rate is 26.22%, which is pretty much within expectations I'd say. RNG. Every post about lost sectors loot is due to RNG. Not a bug, not a glitch. There is 0 bad luck protection so it doesn't matter how many times you run something or how many times you get the same item. R N G.
The only justifiable reason to do a Master Lost Sector is exclusively for the "challenge", or to get the associated triumph. Be cool if they added GM Lost Sectors that had a guaranteed drop. if its loot you want, stick to legendary, 20% exotic drop chance vs 25% for master. (Approximate based on 1000's of runs).
