3/4 storm with wither goggles, if outside dungeons use 3/4 aurora if it is burning tier or higher. Reforge everything to necrotic but chestplate which should be loving. Bizarre better than sighted with as much magical power as you can get. Nah using 2/4 sa with superior helmet and steel cp does wayyy more dmg than storm.chestplate: 27m. Maxed golden necron head: 26m. Ice spray: 35m. Lvl 100 wither skeleton: 10m. spirit sceptre for clear: 17m. This will cost 168m.
