In Conclusion: There’s really no reason to pull for this guy from a gameplay standpoint, and he pretty much never shows up on a banner anyway. He’s totally obsoleted by higher-rarity servants and existing low-rarity servants do his job more-or-less equally well. He’s among the most forgettable servants in the game.
