Well, the BE Meyers 249F was probably the best flash hider on the market before it was discontinued and now price gougers charge obscene amounts for them on eBay. But if you are concerned about the concussion for home defense/ indoor use for yourself then a supressor is your best option and a good flash hider is second best option.
