I've called out on many key days and never received any points. That includes Black Friday, Christmas Eve and New Year's. That's not right. Using ppto on a ncns on a key date removes the 2 points for the keydate but still gives you 2 points for the ncns. Edit: Not sure if i've misread your post or not.
