Zer0 probably gets the #2 spot thanks to skills like b0re and Crit Ascensi0n giving him an edge against a number of bosses, but he's not as well rounded as Sal. I think Maya might be the most fun (subjective) solo character, but if you're going to OP10 with plans to solo raid bosses and stuff, she's not a very good choice. 3.

Best Maya Builds (early level) [Discussion] Hello everyone! So I just hit 80 on Gaige and have been farming for some stuff but I've been more interested in leveling again and experiencing the other classes. My current hangup is it was easy early level to get damage talents and blood soaked shields for survivability and I never really changed ...We recommend going down the Cataclysm path, as it makes Maya much better in Solo, and you will majorly be playing solo during the start. Along with that build, try and get elemental weapons, especially SMGs, that make Maya almost untouchable in Borderlands 2Deathtrap is perfect when you need backup (plus his kills get you a Second Wind), and Anarchy allows you to blow through enemies in longer sessions. Axton, Sal, Maya, Gaige, Zer0 & Krieg in that order. Now they are all OP8. Sal, Maya, Krieg. Maya and Krieg are the BEST :D.
If not, I like to run 3/5 solo to get at least some decent healing. I'm currently at 10/5 because I'm playing a lot of co-op and at OP8, people like seeing those health orbs come flying at them (including yours truly).
Recruit Autonomous Help. One of the best choices for solo play is Gaige the Mechromancer, a DLC character who can tear through most of Borderlands 2 on their own without many problems. I've finally got to the end of the story, and killed the warrior. I only have this one mission left, to kill Hyperius before I start TVHM. I am a Gunzerker currently at level 35, running this BUILD. With the motion spec, you can set yourself up for some pretty good combos though, possess an enemy to turn on his allies while pulling them all towards him and when he dies you get healed and then it moves onto the next enemy.This build is great for mobbing and the nice thing is you have all the critical skills for 1. BeeHawk setup with legendary cat/siren, 2. Chain reaction setup, although in this case you may want to swap some points to kinetic reflection from somewhere, 3. Fleet maya with a breakneck banshee and rough rider.For general mobbing, Mirrored Trickster, Pimpernel and Antagonist is fine enough. For bosses as always, Beehawking.
