Remove the nut marked in red, and remove valve. You can drive out the pins on #8 nut and replace. with 2 metric roll pins / spring pins or (#3) you can get them at a local hardware store or order the originals from below.

Fuel pump was also weak maybe because of not being able to get fuel I replaced water separator, lift pump and fuel filter and it worked fine.We crank ours year-round by pulling the decompression lever, spinning it with starter, and then pushing lever in.
