Is k hovnanian a good builder.
Appliances very very bad. Depends on the house model, foreman, sales rep and expectation. K Hov supposedly falls in the middle range of quality but I'd challenge that. Their pricing seems to be comparable with better quality builders like Coventry and Highland, but I don't see that.
