Opacity is disabled if you turn on Blending for a Single Type Brush. Density of Paint works a lot like Opacity, so you can also turn that on to pressure too.
I'm talking about thick and soft pen pressure, not thin and thick pen pressure. Until I reinstalled CLTU, the coloring brush came out really well with a little force on my hand. Even though I use the same brush, now that I use it, I give it the same amount of strength I normally give, but it comes out soft.
