I have a 2006 Suzuki Eiger 400 air/oil cooled engine. Carb has been rebuilt, slide diaphram replaced, needle valve replaced, pilot screw set at 2 1/4 turns. It stalls on a steep decline or sudden stop. Starts right back up if not moving. Plug showed engine running rich. It didn't always do this.

There are three screws on the bottom by the float, 2 regular screwdriver and the bigger one I use a small wrench to back off. I've sprayed carb cleaner thru all three with the screws out.
