If you look at the mass on the right it said 0.75 which is Roc size (0.75-0.85 usually), hand mineable will have 0.10 which will confirm it’s hand mineable. If your looking on the surface hand mineable appear using the scan (tab button) less than 100m so of your flying around they will usually appear instantly.

In the main menu the cursor flickers a little bit and when trying to click a button, for example 'options', the game does not register the click.
