The QC1 earbuds are much better than the QC 2 earbuds, on volume alone. The QC1 were before their time, and the QC2 would have been a hard sell, unless the QC1 were bricked. No. To intentionally sell a worse product just to make your newer product look slightly better is just poor business. They’re not doing that.

Both styles of Bose Frames retail for $200USD and I decided to go with the Alto. The Rondo have a more feminine design and a smaller frame.
