Key is stuck in ignition on 2008 Buick Enclave. Can rotate key to on position but car won't turn over. Can't rotate back past ACC position. Windows, radio, and dash lights work. Lift gate, moonroof, hazards, etc don't. Battery was fine but when a charger was put on it was only showing 25%. Charged it to 100 and tried again but still nothing.
