I change the triggers to a 21sf, I prefer the smooth trigger, add a polished minus connector. A Wolff reduced power spring kit, and at 4#minus , I usually am about 3-1/2# after 2000 rounds of use.

As far as the extras go, the backstraps will only make the grip bigger, I'll save enough money to buy a third magazine, and I don't need a mag loader. Thanks!

Preferred to shoot without the sleeve. I have owned the G30 the longest, just picked up the G29 (have only put 67 rounds through it). I shoot both okay and enjoy them.
