I just picked up the Game of the Year edition and love it. But like the title says I am experiencing 2 separate glitches involving the Vault elevator. If I do not have any of my mods turned on, I am getting the black dome glitch over the elevator with the platform dropped in a couple of feet.

The other two, Mod duplication works on any workbench except the robot one and duplicates any already had mod.
