On the exfil screen it said my new perk was scavenger even though i already had scavenger. get back to the main screen and says my exfil streak is 0. frustrating. fast forward to today and just completed a deliver cargo contract and extracted. Streak still says 0. you just need another operator that's definitely not bugged (so if you have active slot 3 on a 0 streak, dismiss that and reassign then go in with that operator and do a contract and extract, that will put it on 1. then swap back to the bugged operator and go in, do a contract and Exfil and you should see a different perk to the one you were ... Switch to stuck operator. Finish a contract and exfil. Sometimes the exfil streak gets bugged. Failing to exfil or changing operator in that slot will fix it (by resetting it to zero so you can start again). Some people have had luck fixing it by changing operator skin and/or finisher. Yes, only on one of my ops tho. On one operator it's tracking normal, on another one exfils have stopped tracking (won't go past 7 despite completing contracts during deployment).
