This worked for me personally: In settings>Voice & Video -> I disable Hardware Acceleration. Also in settings> Advanced -> I disable Hardware Acceleration. For whatever reason, there are two buttons for Hardware Acceleration, but when I turned both of these off, my screen sharing stopped crashing. Windows 11.
