It has all of the film grain and inconsistent colors you would have seen in theaters. Unfortunately only the original and return of the jedi are finished. But they are pretty close to being done with empire. That being said Harmy's despecialized editions are a lot cleaner looking. They are generally sharper and have more detail.I have done the trick above with mkvtoolnix and re-saved the file and it fixes that problem. I think it might be worth trying it in your case. I would completely move the file out of Plex and re-scan and empty trash.
