When i got back to my Exiled Lands character i was shocked that the armor i used before turned out to be useless. Solved it by farming for Dragonhide Helmet and Solspeil shield but that's not an option for PvP, i guess, as you can't just re-craft it if you lose it, you have to farm for it again which can take days, even weeks maybe. If you use light armor and have a light load your stamina regens faster than medium and a lot more than heavy but the negative to stamina usage while encumbered and wearing light armor goes up significantly vs medium and heavy.

The only armor I use star metal for is the silent Legion redeemed chest plate. As for DLCs the only one worth getting in my opinion is isles of siptah. It's the only dlc that adds more to the game then just cosmetics. Honeslty if you play pvp it's p2w. Siptah gear is by far the best you can get in the game.
