Can i use ppto on key dates walmart.
I called out today and it’s a key date, but I have already called in and have the confirmation number and everything. I also have the correct amount of PPTO for my shift to cover it. Now, my question is, will it clear both of my points? Because management says key dates are double points, but with my PPTO it should clear both, correct?

So for example, if you’re scheduled to leave at 4PM and you want to leave at 2PM, then you’ll need to clock out at 2PM or later. PPTO (protected personal time off) is basically a free out. When you use like when your ill the time does not count against your attendance count. Save this for when you are sick it also accrues slowly. PTO (Personal Time Off) is normal time off. If you are out you can use it to still get paid, but it counts against your attendance.Please remember that you must cover the entire shift time using PPTO otherwise you will get pointed for it. You can use PTO as well but PTO does not cover points. You will get paid for PTO but it must be approved by management / personnel (team lead, w/e).
